Carol, Manager and Patient Coordinator
Carol has three decades of experience in the plastic surgery environment. She has worked with the esteemed faculty of the Plastic Surgery departments of the University of Chicago as well as the University of South Florida. In 2002 she left her position at USF to assist Dr. Mosiello in starting his private practice. Her knowledge and expertise will assure you personalized attention to all details regarding your unique plastic surgery concerns. Carol’s efficient and professional manner ensures a courteous approach to your scheduling and financial arrangements.
Lily, Licensed Practical Nurse
Lily has been in the health field for over 25 years and has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2005. For the last 12 years, she functioned as the primary nurse for Bayshore Plastic Surgery under the supervision of Dr. Daniel Greenwald. She brings to our patients a wealth of knowledge, technical skills, enthusiasm, and compassion. She assists Dr. Mosiello in all aspects of patient care from consult, surgical planning, through post-op and long term follow up. She will utilize her Plastic Surgery experience to provide our patients with excellent 5-star service!
Mary, Clinical Assistant
After graduating from Douglass College of Rutgers University, Mary received her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She has worked in hospitals in New Jersey and Tampa, developing a special interest in wound care. She has more than 25 years of experience as a licensed healthcare professional. She assists Dr. Mosiello in the office with patient care and serves as the Research Coordinator for his clinical trials. Mary will escort you with a friendly welcome to the examination room where Dr. Mosiello will consult and treat you.
Jennifer, Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer graduated from the University of South Florida in 2000 with dual master’s degrees in nursing and public health. Jennifer is a national authority on Medical Aesthetic procedures and provides seminars and courses that educate physicians and nurse practitioners on the correct injection technique for both Botox® and dermal fillers. In 2008, Jen was one of a select few medical professionals honored to attend the Aesthetic Leadership Forum at Allergan’s Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA.
For her own practice and for many other professionals throughout the country, Jennifer serves as an invaluable clinical resource. Jennifer’s patients value her personable, caring demeanor and appreciate the superior results she provides them. Jennifer has been providing Medical Aesthetic Services at numerous reputable Tampa Bay area facilities since 2001, and has been featured numerous times as an industry expert on NBC and Fox News. Jennifer and her team at FACES of South Tampa were recently featured in The Tampa Magazine, Women to Watch, 2022.
Paula, Aesthetician
Paula is a Licensed Aesthetician with 14 years of experience in the aesthetics business. She administers anti-aging skin care treatments that include chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Paula will evaluate your skin and recommend pharmaceutical grade skin care products that resurface the skin from the effects of aging and overexposure to the sun. If you are having a surgical procedure, Paula will make certain that you prepare your skin with the proper home care regimen both before and after your procedure. Mary Beth, Certified Medical Electrologist
Mary Beth Lambert graduated from the Esthetic Laser Institute in Orlando, Florida and is licensed by the Department of Health and Board of Medicine as a Certified Medical Electrologist. She is trained in Laser and Light Based Hair Reduction, Skin Rejuvenation, Pigmented and Vascular Lesions, Skin Laxity Reduction, Cellulite Reduction Therapy and Circumferential Reduction Therapy. She is also licensed as a Certified Clinical Electrologist, trained in Electrolysis, Thermolysis and the Blend.

Elvira RPH, FAARM, ABAAHP, WTS
Elvira Wrigth is a registered pharmacist in two states: Florida and North Carolina. She holds a Certification as a Fellow of Anti-Aging, Regenerative Medicine, and American Board Anti-Aging Health Practitioner. Elvira Wright received her pharmacy degree from Arkhangelsk Pharmaceutical College, Russia, and additional training from Zaporizhia State Medical University, Ukraine.
Elvira’s mission is to help each person to obtain vitality, resilience, and gain confidence by utilizing the latest innovations available in the field of anti-aging, hair restoration, and peptide therapy.
Her professional and educational presentations include the following “Propolis And Its Healing Properties”, “Why Do We Age? Get Sick? Heather Adeyemi
Heather Adeyemi’s academic and professional background has provided her with a strong understanding of the services and treatments she provides to patients in the skin care industry. She began her journey treating clients by becoming a licensed cosmetologist. Later, with her passion to learn, she earned her degree in biological applied science and became licensed through the Ohio and Illinois Dental Boards as a Registered Dental Hygienist. After many successful and enjoyable years practicing hygiene, she returned to the aesthetics industry enthusiast to treat and see the benefits of patients’ skin and overall health and well-being.
