Case summary: The patient is a 73 y/o with a history of cosmetic breast augmentation in 1992, revision 2005 and in 2022 a diagnosis of right breast cancer treated with lumpectomy and radiation. She complained of pain and large, droopy breasts. She underwent bilateral implant removal -no replacement- and a breast lift. After photo taken 6 months post-op.
